Fresh graduate expresses interest to lead Uganda

NAKAWA-Youthful David William Magezi, one of the Graduates from Makerere University Business School (MUBS) has come out and asked all Ugandans to support him so that he can become the country’s next president.

On unveiling his dream at MUBS on Wednesday, Magezi revealed that he is going to focus on addressing a number of challenges faced by country men with much emphasis on the youth.

On this he noted that President Museveni has contributed a lot towards the country’s development, however, there is a lot required to be done for the betterment of this country.

“The thousands of unemployed

Roaming the streets is another challenge in our generation of this 21” century, the main problem

Of our country is corruption, poverty, unemployment, service delivery effective management

Of the government, and I am here to solve that.”

Magezi listed; Education, Agriculture, Trade, Transport, and Tourism as the five pillars that he intends to rely on growing the country’s economy.

“For young people, Our time is now. We need A good education system that will give us jobs, you should stop Expecting your jobs abroad. We need Universities and Institutions that will give us Relevant skills to Compete

Globally.”

For those who expect money from him, Magezi emphasized that he has come up with only ideas that will put a conducive environment for all Ugandans to improve their income.

“Nobody should lie to you that am being funded by Government (Project). I am relying on financial support from MUBS Alumni, friends, students, and relatives who are willing to support my forthcoming Presidential campaigns.”

At this event, Magezi was accompanied by a group of youths dressed in his T-shirts bearing his photograph as well as placards with his official campaign photograph.
