FULL LIST: Bobi Wine party wipes out Museveni ministers

KAMPALA — Bobi Wine’s party, the National Unity Platform, which is barely a year old put up an impressive performance especially in the country’s central region wiping out almost all president Museveni’s ministers and legislators from the ruling party including the country’s vice president.

NUP won 56 seats in the new parliament, up from zero in the previous parliament. Many ruling party lawmakers lost their races.

Bobi Wine’s party will now lead the opposition in the Parliament.
