URA Corperate Affairs boss Rumanyika resigns

KAMPALA — Ian Rumanyika has resigned his position as Manager Public and Corperate Affairs at Uganda Revenue Authority.
According to reliable sources at URA, Mr. Rumanyika will no longer be staff at URA starting 5th April.
Rumanyika who was recently named amongst the top 100 Public Relations (PR) practitioners has been Manager Public and Corporate Affairs at URA, a position he has held since January 2011.
He was directly in charge of Marketing and Public Relations, overseeing the entire PR operations at URA, stakeholder management, Service management, Contact Centre, Change management, Corporate Brand management, Media relations and management.
Other responsibilities included Corporate Social Responsibility and Taxpayer Education and Awareness.
