Presenter Malaika has left Capital FM

In a shocking move, Malaika has bid farewell to Capital FM after five years of entertaining Ugandans on the popular radio show “Malaika and Oulanyah”. The stunning radio personality took to Instagram to announce her departure, leaving fans heartbroken and wondering what led to her sudden exit.

Sources close to the station reveal that Malaika’s departure was not entirely amicable. Apparently, she had been at loggerheads with management over creative control and pay disputes. “She felt stifled and undervalued,” a insider spilled. “Malaika wanted more freedom to explore new ideas and formats, but the bosses were not having it.”

Rumors also swirl that Malaika’s departure may have been hastened by a rivalry with a fellow presenter. “Let’s just say, there was a lot of tension behind the scenes,” another source hinted. “Malaika’s bubbly on-air persona belied a fierce competitiveness that rubbed some colleagues the wrong way.”

Despite the drama, Malaika remains tight-lipped about her exit, opting for a gracious farewell message on social media. “I will miss you so much,” she wrote, signing off with her signature catchphrase. Fans are left wondering what’s next for the beloved radio star, but one thing’s for sure – she’ll always find a way to stay on our screens and airwaves!
