Ms. Kevin Ajiba, a city Quantity Surveyor won a motor bike as Plascon Paint awarded more winners on the weekend
KAMPALA —Plascon has on Saturday October 29 awarded the fourth batch of winners in it’s Paint & Win draw.
The winners also included Ms. Kevin Ajibo, a city quantity surveyor who won a motorbike and UGX. 1 million.
“I’m so excited. I couldn’t believe it but I thank God,” she said after receiving her bike from Plascon Brand Manager Daniel Kayongo.
“I won a motorcycle and one Million shillings,” she said, also telling reporters that she would ride it by herself.
She said she had been buying Plascon Paints from a hardware store in Nakasero, Kampala and often sent scratch cards to 7197.
“Sometimes, I would win pens and Airtime, but this particular time they called and told me I was a lucky winner. I couldn’t believe it and I thank God”.
Other winners came from Masindi, Masaka, Kibaale and Mbarara.
Mr. Kayongo who presided over the Saturday morning draw said the promotion is aimed at thanking plascon clients countrywide.
The 10-week campaign was launched on October 1 and it is expected to run up to December 13.
“The promotion is running in every plascon authorized dealer store and at our sales points in Namanve and Kampala,” Kayongo said.
To join the campaign, one can participate by simply buying Plascon paint worth UGX.100, 000, scratch the card and SMS the code to 7197 for a chance to win.
He said the promotion also serves as a corporate social responsibility campaign, under which the campaign has committed close to UGX 50 million that will be given out to hospitals and institutions that require support.

There will be weekly drawn every Saturday where six winners will be rewarded until December 13.
