Christians have been urged to be intentional at seeking knowledge as a way of stewarding their impact and relevancy in life.
The call was made by Dr. AP. Brian Fredrick Kisubi the founder and overseer of Doves of Destiny Ministries International during the day one of the annual Freedom Life Conference Season II.
The conference was organised at Buganda Road Primary School in Kampala under the theme: “Understanding the Full Counsel of God” with a lead scripture in Acts of the Apostles chapter 20 verse 27 reading from the King James Version (KJV).
The international preacher who is the convener of the conference highlighted the importance of being intentional at seeking divine knowledge while discussing the Keys of the Kingdom of God (Mathew 16:19).
Dr. Kisubi informed thousands of believers who convened at the conference that those that people are sought after because of what they know and that makes them outstanding in life.
“If you are to be a man or woman of impact, you must be intentional to pursue knowledge. This key of knowledge gives you access to illumination and puts you to a dimension of clarity and understanding,” Dr. Kisubi said.
Kisubi noted that all faithfuls must seek the knowledge of God, the knowledge of Jesus Christ, the knowledge of who they are in Christ and the knowledge of their career.
“Seek to be the best in your career, that’s how you will be able to do exploits. Read the book (the Holy Bible) and other books. There are revelations that God has given to people and they have written them down, read them, they will equip you for the race ahead of you,” Kisubi said.
He went ahead to discuss other Keys as written in his book “The Keys of the Kingdom” which can be accessed on Amazon and through Freedom House Publishers.
These keys include: The Key of Knowledge, The Key of Faith, The Key of Communion (Prayer and the Word of God) and the Key of Obedience among others.
The Televangelist told the congregation to always be obedient to God by upholding all His instructions at all time.
“Your excellence is determined by your level of obedient to instruction. The degree to which you obey the instruction of God is the degree to which you will keep in command,” Kisubi noted.
The Freedom Life Conference Session II will last for four days in the Kampala, Uganda’s Capital city and has lined up a number of speakers with the message intended to build the kingdom of God.
