KAMPALA — Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) top leadership will on Wednesday July 28, brief the Minister of Education and Sports, Janet K. Museveni and other Ministry officials on the outcome of the Uganda Certificate of Education examination.
This is in line with the mandate of the Board.
The UNEB delegation will be led by the Chairperson of the Board, Prof. Mary J.N. Okwakol and the UNEB Executive Director Mr. Dan N. Odongo.
The meeting with the Minister will be held at State House, Entebbe, a top ministry official said on Monday.
The official added that release, on Friday July 30, will be conducted scientifically, in observance of the COVID-19 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
A senior official said multiple media and communication channels will be utilized to ensure wide access to the public.
Like Primary Leaving Examination results released recently, candidates, parents and stakeholders will be able to access the results of individual learners via SMS by typing UCE <Space> Full Index Number, e.g. 003301/368 and send to 6600 on all mobile telecom networks.
Head teachers and school Administrators will access the results through the UNEB portal using their usual details.
