When asked about the biggest change they experienced through the Zion Christian Mission Center program (multiple answers allowed), 99% provided positive responses, with “increased inner peace and emotional stability” being the most common answer at 50.7%.

In particular, many people in their 20s said they had escaped from life’s uncertainties. One respondent, who identified as having been born into a Christian family, confessed, “I always had fear about death, but my anxiety disappeared and I finally met the true God I had longed for.” A male graduate in his 70s said, “I’ve come to feel peace and attachment to life.”

Another respondent said the greatest change was that “I gained a sense of purpose and direction in life, and the emptiness I once felt has disappeared.”

Meanwhile, 46.7% of respondents said they experienced “spiritual growth and a deepening of faith.”

A graduate in their 20s shared, “I used to receive various teachings in the Christian world to know more about God and the Bible, but I didn’t feel much intellectual progress. However, through this program, I came to truly understand the Bible.”

A man in his 60s also confessed, “I wanted to believe in and rely on God, but I struggled because I couldn’t truly believe. Through the Book of Revelation, my faith has become firm.”

42% of graduates said the greatest change they experienced was “finding a purpose in life.”

One respondent said, “I used to live without any particular goal, just going with the flow, but now I feel this has been a turning point in my life. I’ve gained a sense of purpose and learned what true happiness is. I’m grateful to finally have a goal and purpose in life.”

Other positive changes included:

Developing a positive mindset (41.2%)

Gaining tolerance through forgiveness and love (38.3%)

Improved relationships (25.8%)

Better stress management and problem-solving ability (20.4%)

A new perspective on social life and career (16.5%)

Notably, 57% of the graduates identified as having no prior religion, indicating that not only existing believers but also those without any religious background were drawn to the sincerity of the biblical teachings and participated in the course.

Respondents commented, “At first, I thought it was just a Bible lecture, but it actually became an opportunity to reflect on my life and relationships,” and “It helped me establish life principles that transcend religion.”

Additionally, 99.6% of participants said the course “helped them understand the Bible and build proper faith.” Satisfaction with the instructors and curriculum was also high, with 94.5% expressing satisfaction, including 73.3% who said they were “very satisfied.”

A representative from Shincheonji Church of Jesus explained, “The Zion Christian Mission Center program helps individuals not only gain accurate biblical knowledge and insight but also find meaning in their own lives.”

Meanwhile, Shincheonji Church of Jesus held its 116th graduation ceremony at the Cheongju Church on November 2, under the theme “Love and Blessing, the Light That Shines on the World.”

Through this ceremony, Shincheonji emphasized ‘qualitative growth and the recovery of the essence of the Word’ as its core values and expressed its intention to continue spreading a positive influence to both individuals and society.
