Job Creation: RAK Engineering opens up Head office in Kawempe

“RAK Engineering is a company owned by Ugandans, but according to its professionalism and class of work, many people may think that it’s a foreign company. Am grateful for Eng. Rogers Kamuhanda (Managing Director RAK) for being focused, faithful and innovative through out all their operations.” Remarked Isabirye

He further called upon other Ugandan owned Engineering firms, to pick a leaf from the works of RAK for betterment of our country.

Engineer Rogers Kamuhanda, the Team leader at RAK Engineering, revealed that with the new premises which are mainly for administrative purposes, they have hope of employing more people as the company continues to grow.

“Currently , we boast close to 100 temporary and permanent staff, we pride ourselves in providing employment to people of Uganda and we are committed to that cause. We thank the Government of Uganda for its enabling laws that have enabled us to thrive in the market for all the years.”

He noted that in plans of expanding their operations, they intend to recruit more Ugandans to work with them both within and outside the country.

“To the young people out there; Uganda has a wide range of opportunities , not only at RAK , but they are only available to those who have prepared themselves , to those that have equipped themselves with skills.”

He emphasized that in all their projects in upcountry areas, they employ majority of the temporary staff from with in the locality.
