Philanthropist Brian Kirumira aka Brian has urged Ugandans to be patient as he laise with security Agencies in the country for a suitable date at which he will be holding his press briefing and the long awaitted mega event.
This followed the second time postponement of the press briefing which was scheduled to be held on Monday 15th June to a new date which will be communicated at a later date.
Commenting about the issue , Brian white assured Ugandans that everything is ready on his side but they should not expect splashing of money as it was previously but only developmental programs.
He promised that as soon security is done with the clearance process of his event , he will publicly announce the new dates and a press briefing will be held prior to those days.
“Some hater are peddling lies that they are still probing my source of income which is not true because there is no need to do so. Its not about showing that am still present because am not a politician looking for votes may aim is to promote development.”
On the venue , Brian White assured the public that he is ready to stage the event in any venue in Kampala that he may deem fit to host his people.
“Am going to hold most of my engagements in rural areas because i realized that those are my people ” Kampala people take long to believe because even if they see a vehicle they dont believe that its functional untill when its started.”
Brian further asked the general public to be patient as the security agencies take their time to ensure that the whole process is held under a secure and peaceful environment.
On rumors that he has been arrested from United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kirumira has described this as false information being traded by mafias and people with hidden intentions aiming at subotaging his programs and projects.
“All those claiming that am under custody, let them produce evidence to back up their allegations. I repeat it that am a free person.”
