Time to Train Like a Pro If you haven’t started training yet, now’s the time. Many seasoned runners are already clocking kilometres through weekly running clubs like Team Matooke, Marcos, Gutsy Bunch, Fast and Furious, and Kampala Hash House Harriers.

“There’s a whole movement growing around running communities in Uganda, and it’s been exciting to see the energy building up toward the marathon. It’s beautiful and keeps us motivated to deliver the very best event yet,” said Denise Nazzinda, Brand Manager, Tusker Lite.
“Tusker Lite will be showing up at the different Old Boys Leagues, running clubs, and other community events to support runners and give people a chance to register early and get in the zone for the race,” she added.
