Airtel Uganda backs PRAU’s industry symposium

Kampala, Uganda – Airtel Uganda has partnered with the Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU) to support the upcoming National Public Relations Symposium.

The symposium, scheduled for June 7th, 2024, at Golf Course Hotel, Kampala, aims to bring together industry professionals, media representatives, and mid-level managers to discuss critical issues in public relations and communications.

Airtel Uganda’s support for the symposium demonstrates the company’s commitment to excellence in communication and its dedication to building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

David Birungi, Public Relations & CSR Manager at Airtel Uganda, emphasized the importance of effective public relations in building trust and maintaining a positive reputation. “Airtel Uganda is dedicated to excellence in communication, and this partnership with PRAU underscores our commitment,” he said.

Tina Wamala, President of PRAU, expressed her appreciation for Airtel Uganda’s support, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Airtel Uganda as a partner for the PRAU Symposium. Their expertise and leadership in telecommunications will provide invaluable insights and connectivity, driving forward our shared vision for a more interconnected and informed community.”
