KAMPALA – Julius Lyvine Kashugi, the former chairman of the Muhoozi Project has graduated with a Master’s Course in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern Christian University, Florida, USA.
Kashugi joined Northwestern Christian University under admission number NCU/PGO01/U2022 on January 11, 2021, before successfully graduating on 8th Dec 2023.
Born in Kiruhura District, the 34-year-old also holds a Bachelor of Leadership, Management, and Administration from Northwestern Christian University, Florida, USA, and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Nkumba University in Uganda.
Kashugi is said to have built the Muhoozi project from scratch before he was toppled by events promoter Balaam Barugahara from the chairmanship of “Friends of Gen Muhoozi”, a group working to whip up the presidential ambition of the President’s son, Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
