Singer David Lutalo has distanced himself from the viral video with “his voice” jubilating about the problems faced by Pastor Aloysius Bugingo of House of Prayer Ministries who recently lost a bodyguard.

In the video circulating, the person with a forged voice similar to that of David Lutalo is heard celebrating somebody’s death which is so unusual in Ugandan Culture.
Many people had started believing that it was David Lutalo since they doctored the video to appear like he was singing the song before Pastor Bugingo with whom he appears with on the same platform.
“It’s unfortunate, my fellow Ugandans let us know that there is a moment of sadness and happiness. We should remember to mourn with those who have lost their beloved ones as it has been in our culture.” Lutalo advised
He also pointed out that even if they tell me that he has broken his leg I can’t clap or jubilate over that even though they tell him that his worst enemy has broken his leg, he can’t celebrate over it.
Therefore he asked people to ignore the circulating video as he prayed to whoever is behind that voice to be rewarded by the Almighty for his actions.
Last week, Pastor Bugingo on his way back home, was attacked by unknown assailants who shot dead his bodyguard Richard Muhumuza and the Pastor survived with some injuries.
