Vice President Jessica Alupo , also woman MP, Katakwi District has offered full education scholarship to Otengei Emmanuel a Primary four pupil of Township Primary School- Katakwi who was pictured reading by the road at night under streetlights on the streets of katakwi Town council.
Otengei Emmanuel from Ajeluk cell, Katakwi town council ,Ngariam County told the Vice President that he would like to be an electrical engineer.
In keeping his dreams alive, the Vice President announced to the family of Otengei a full scholarship for his primary education through secondary education up to university, saying she is inspired by Otengei’s zeal and commitment.
