XA Africa is founded by a trio of experienced tech professionals:
- NitinGajria, former MD of Google Sub-Saharan Africa
- JasonScott, venture capitalist and an architect of the Black Founders Fund at Google
- MarekDawidowicz, current Marketing Director at YouTube and South African native
