City businessman Sir Gordon Wavumunno has been lauded for his decades-long service towards the country’s business and service sectors.
In an event that was organized by UAP Old Mutual to celebrate his legacy, Wavamunno was commended for his entrepreneurial spirit and visionary leadership that has seen him drive the country’s economy through a number of business ventures.
According to Stephen Chikovre, the managing director of UAP Old Mutual, Wavamunno was also instrumental in driving the establishment and growth of the insurance company as founder and board chair.
